Grandpa Ugarte

This past weekend I went to California for my grandfathers funeral. He died at the age of 96. It was so hard for me to see my Grandma, they had been together for 77 years! That's longer then most people live. They were so in love and adored each other, it broke my hart to see how hard it was for Grandma Ugarte to lose the love of her entire life. On a happier note, it was really good to see all of my cousins from my Mom's side. I don't get to see them often.

A few pics from the event:

My swollen feet from the drive.
My traveling buddy Mya and I got bored and started taking pictures:
Michelle and Bruce.  Boy he cleans up well doesn't he!

The pall-bearers:

My Mom, Grandma, and my mom's siblings with the missionary Jack Bingham who converted their family in Peru. Jack Lives in Utah county and has always been close to our family and stayed in contact with the whole family, amazing guy:

Side note in my R.S. lesson today we were talking about missionary work, sharing the gospel and how every missionary (in this case) sharing the gospel affects so many people.
Its crazy how this one missionary affected the lives of my grandparents and their family my mom included that brought her to the states to go to the Y where she meet my dad. So if it wasn't for this faithful missionary, I don't know if I would be here today or have the gospel in my life. Thank you Jack...

The girls:
4 generations of hotness...
My cousin Evelyn and I:
My Cousin GiGi and I with our preggo bellies.  She's expecting twins in August!
